Our community is in a north Kansas City residential area with acres and acres of green space.We are pet friendly but restrict aggressive breed dogs. Clayton has wonderful pools, tennis, playground and a clubhouse that you can reserve for special events. Clayton Apartments and Twin villas has spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom Twin Villas.Hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, Saturday by appointment.
