I've lived in both an apartment and townhome and have LOVED living in Clayton. Mary, Property Management lends a professional yet personal attention to renters' needs and the crew is amazing. For anyone to find fault with the complex, I can only think of "consider the source". Kudos to a wonderful atmosphere and amazing management that makes my life much easier. I have lived at Clayton for over three years and enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and professional and the property is kept clean. Clayton Apartments has a real neighborhood feel and I have recommended living here to my friends.

I moved here straight from Kentucky. I have lived here for over 5yrs. I couldn't have picked a better place. It is one big family. Mary is just outstanding. Words can't describe how helpful. The maintenance  crew gets it done without hassel. I have lived in the apartments and the duplexs. I plan on living here for a very very long time. I find it very safe and comfortable here. I wish everyone could live here.
